How to Play

Getting started with Algerian Solitaire is easy and costs nothing. The objective is to move all cards to the eight foundation piles. There are eight foundation piles in total. The four on the left are built up from Ace to King by suit (A-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-J-Q-K), and the four on the right are built down from King to Ace by suit (K-Q-J-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-A). The tableau consists of six piles. You can move cards between tableau piles by building down by rank regardless of suit. Only the top card of a tableau pile can be moved. The stock pile is where you draw cards from. When you click it, three cards are dealt face-up onto separate waste piles, and you can only draw from the stock pile three times per game. The waste piles have the top card that can be moved to a tableau pile or a foundation pile. Controls are simple: click and drag a card to move it, tap a card to automatically place it in the most suitable position, use the undo button to reverse your last move (you can undo multiple moves), the hint button for a suggestion on your next move, and the restart button to begin a new game.
